Decks, staircases and railings, built to last.
Robb Buster has been a licensed Oregon contractor since 2010, working out of Springfield with his own crew — not subcontractors. Outdoor living, stairs and rails, and the kind of remodel work that has to fit a house that is already standing.
Siding, roofing and painting.
The three trades Robb named first, backed by the structural and custom renovation work his crew takes on.
Siding
Exterior siding work, from repairs and replacement to the siding portion of a larger renovation.
Roofing
Residential roofing work under Robb's full Oregon contractor's licence.
Painting
Interior and exterior painting, on its own or as the finish to a larger project.
House jacking & structural work
House jacking and the structural work that goes with it — the part of a project that has to be right before the finishes begin.
Custom renovations
Full interior and exterior custom renovations, including decks, staircases and railings built for the house already standing.
Built by Robb and his crew.

Certified to work on homes built before 1978.
A lot of Springfield and Eugene was built before 1978, and those houses can have lead paint in them. Once you start cutting, sanding or tearing out, that becomes a real question — for the people living there, and for whoever is doing the work.
Robb holds Oregon's Lead Based Paint Renovation certification, which is the credential the law actually requires before anyone disturbs paint in a home of that age. It covers how the work area is contained, how dust is handled and how the site is cleaned up afterward.
It is not a marketing badge. It is a licence endorsement the state issues and can revoke, and plenty of outfits bidding on the same older house will not hold one. If your house predates 1978, ask every contractor who bids whether they are lead-safe certified. It is a fair question, and the answer is a matter of public record.
The rest is on that same record, and you can check it yourself against CCB #191870: registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board as a Residential General Contractor continuously since September 2010, the lead endorsement active on the same licence, the surety bond and liability coverage the state requires both current, and registered with employees rather than as a labour-only outfit — so the people on your job work for the man whose name is on the licence.
Tell Robb what you are thinking of building.
